As a Project Manager, you will be working with large, enterprise accounts responsible for ensuring successful completion of services delivery. You will be overseeing the implementation and onboarding of Docebo products to new and existing customers, coordinating the activities of other Professional Services team members, communicating customer deliverables to the client team, managing risks/issues and presenting status updates to customer and Docebo project stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will be very organized, can communicate well with cross-functional teams, pays strict attention to details, and is able to motivate team members. Ultimately, this person should have good communication and decision making skills with the ability to think creatively to resolve problems and drive the project to successful completion. As a part of a fast growing culture, this role will also be constantly looking for ways to improve processes for Docebo and have prior software industry experience. Plus, he or she must be willing to travel approximately 15% of the time.

Responsibilities
- Own the project level relationship between Docebo and the customer
- Identify key stakeholders and define project escalation paths;
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables according to the scoped customer agreement and decision made in the discovery phase
- Work with key stakeholders to develop & maintain a detailed project plan encompassing all project areas
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to key stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems, solutions and KPIs
- Define communication plan for each project
- Work closely with the Product and Development team to monitor and report on development progress for work related to your projects
- Monitor and report on enablement activities for customers to make sure their team is able to continue to grow their use of Docebo products after onboarding is complete
- Monitor project resource levels and escalate resource needs when required
- Communicate blocking issues to internal and external audiences in a timely manner
- Lead both internal and customer project meetings;
- Organize and lead alignment meetings with the project teams and the stakeholders to monitor the status of the schedule and the management of any critical issues that may require escalation actions;
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of software projects to external clients;
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Excellent ability to communicate, manage, and prioritize risk and risk responses.
- Flexibility to travel 15% of the time;
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences;
- Experience working with JIRA;
- Strong relationship/account management skills;
- Experience in startup or early stage SaaS companies a plus;
- Experience in either the LMS or HCM field a plus
