Or maybe you've just jammed together a sweet IoS app 0:44

with Swift that allows your users minute by minute 0:48

forecast data by connecting to a remote weather data provider. 0:50

In any of these cases, you'll be communicating over the internet. 0:55

What I will do in this course is help you understand the language that's used to 1:05

communicate over the internet, it's called HTTP or Hyper Text Transfer Protocol. 1:09

And it is the set of rules that govern how two devices 1:16
