Project Managers play a crucial role in an organization's success. They are responsible for managing a team's workflow, commitments, timelines, and deliverables. At a tech company, project managers work with a variety of teams to coordinate deliverables and ensure a project's success.

In this Track, you'll start by learning "Scrum Basics." In this course, you'll become familiar with Agile practices so you can hit the ground running with your next team. You'll then move onto a series of courses related to developing a wide understanding of basic tech fundamentals—including Soft Skills, Presentation Skills, and Computer Basics. In "Collaborating with Developers," you'll learn how designers can create project files optimized for engineering teams. Finally, learn about Git and New Relic, so your conversations with development teams are grounded in a good understanding of their workflows and tools.
