Java Java Objects Meet Objects Add a Getter

Add a getter method that exposes the color field.

What am I not seeing in my code that is an error?

class GoKart {
  private String color = "red";

  public String getColor();
  {
    return  color;
  }

Hi,

You have it right, there's just a small syntactical error that you have.

You have a semicolon at the end for your method, and it's confusing the compiler.

Just remove the semicolon at the end of your method definition and your code should work just fine.
