10 commandments?

Did anyone else find this list to be a bunch of semantic, arbitrary, jargon-driven definitions and distinctions? Communication is merely telling? I feel like very few people's definitions of communication exclude a two-way dialog. I also don't understand what, beyond practical and superficial qualities, contribute to "experience."

Idk, maybe it's just me, but without further description (or even what the from - to format means; are we changing our thinking about a subject from x to y? or covering everything between x and y?), this list just didn't convey much info. Not saying the book doesn't cover it, but in the context of this lesson, it was a vague, almost confusing wrap-up to an already vague (save for elements of guidelines and deliverables) intro to branding.
