19,457 Points404 errors with rewrite rule
I've followed the last two videos word for word and have even copied some of the work from the dL files. I keep getting 404 errors when I type
localhost/shirt.php?id= "what ever number for this video"

RewriteRule ^receipt.php$ /receipt/ [R=301]

RewriteRule ^shirt.php$ /shirt/%1/? [R=301]
Anything would help, also using Chrome and I've cleared my cache multiple times
