two issues 1) bad html formating 2) use href="#top" to go to top of the page

Looks like they weren't too clear on the last part.

You're on the right track, just need to change your href in your anchor tag to read #top.

Looks like you already got there, but for posterity I feel it should be noted to be careful of the syntax too.

Use:

<a href="#top">Link Text</a>

Rather than:

<a> href= "#Anchor">Go back to the #top of the page.</a>

Note the href attribute goes inside the < >
