Adobe Illustrator, Two shapes aliasing

When I have two shapes overlaying sometimes I get this tiny bit of aliasing from the shape below (see screenshot). The top shape was created by coping the red shape below, and are perfectly aligned with the same curve.

This of course is even more apparent when the image becomes raster/pixel based.

If they are truly identical shapes, there shouldn't be any aliasing.

Does this problem still happen when you copy past to front? This should create an identical shape and identical alignment Here's the command: Cmd-F [Ctrl-F]: Paste in front of the copied object.

Sometimes I do run into this issue when using some of the pathfinder tools to create shapes like divide, trim, or crop. The lines, even though illustrator thinks they are identical sometimes aren't perfect... something to consider if that's how you build some of your shapes.

I think the latter might be the problem for me, will just have to try and find a work around I think. Thank you
