advice on starting a Mobile advertising platform !

Hello everyone, i want to discus and share with you a Business Idea that i'm willing to currently work on, i want to start a Mobile advertising platform here in the ( Middle east region ), so i thought that treehouse is an amazing place to get some advice and i would be very thankful if member of treehouse staff and students give me some advice and brain storm with me.

i understand that this is a tough field to get into special that there are big folks out there. but the first question that came to my mind is did all of them already start big ? i mean there must have been a starting point !

i have a few questions to start the discussion

1- How do you attract advertisers to this kind of business? what methods should be used ? 2- should i start by targeting local small-medium business that are looking for an advertising method, or start by targeting advertisers online ( app developers for example) and if so how would i target and approach them ? 3- i had this idea of starting first as an mobile apps developing company, and then when i have enough user base i would then start looking for advertisers and and online developers whom are looking for monetization

4- if i would first start as an mobile app developing company, should i distribute my own apps on the stores ? or should i develop apps for other people ?

5- what type of employees would i be looking for in both cases ? (first case is starting as a mobile advertising platform , and the second case is starting as a mobile app developing company)

6- what about partnership with other media agency's or mobile platform companies ?

and finally do you think that it is possible to attract advertisers worldwide vie internet marketing ?
