alternative to maya

I've been using the how to make a game track for over a month but the next course includes Maya LT but Its too expensive ($30-month). Is there an alternative to maya we could use?

A good free alternative 3D modeling software called Blender is widely used. It is not the industry standard apparently, but it is free and you can make many great models with it for your projects. You can get it here : https://www.blender.org/ Worth a try I think. All the best!
