am i allowed release an app that i used the free version of genymotion to create

Do you just buy a membership to get the extra features, or is it required to purchase in order to make money on an app that was tested with genymotion?

You don't have to buy Genymotion.

You are allowed to release an app and make money off of that app that you created with the help of genymotion free version.
