Any alternatives for a Windows machine?

I have a PC and since it does not have MacOS , I cant get Xcode so I was looking for any alternatives without installing a virtual machine. THANKS

Windows 10 has recently added Linux kernel to its OS for developers. It's not a virtual machine. It's actually ubuntu 16.04. To enable this feature scratch for "enable WSL bash on windows" follow the tutorial then you can download Linux apps and use them in the terminal.
