Anyone else struggling to play videos, i have a download speed of 1.5Mb/s and the videos buffer non stop!

I will be upgrading to a 3Mb/s download speed soon, as that is the highest quality download speed my area can get. Should that be enough to handle the quality of these videos?

Keep in mind I am well aware of how brutally slow our internet speed is here, but watching videos on youtube are flawless. Then again I can set these videos to 720p or lower.
