Apartment rental business idea question.

Hello guys i hope everyone is doing well. My name is Javear Cleare and i reside in the Bahamas. I'll try to get straight to the point. I have an idea of starting a business that is based on making it easier for locals to find apartments for rent where i live. I want them to be able to:

1-Choose the size of apartment, lets say 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. 2-I want them to have an option of choosing the desired location they would like to live. Northern, southern, eastern, western.

After the options are filtered out.

3-I want all listings to have Geo location so that the user can navigate exactly where the listing is.

Now here is my question, and this is the main reason i' have enrolled with you guys. Which programming languages do i need to learn to effectively flesh out this idea? Would this idea be better suited for a mobile app, or a web site?

Is this project to much to handle for one person? Do i need to becoming a full stack developer to get it done? all i have is questions. Please stare me in the right direction.

Thank you guys so much. Any help is much appreciated.

Python, Django, Flask, Javascript, HTML CSS. Python Django has a great library for geolocation and by learning python you could expand to integration Google Maps API.

So is it best for me to switch tracks and enroll in python , then learn in the order which you listed? Also i'm assuming that this idea is more suited for The web than me trying to build an App? I appreciate the response.

The order is really dependent on your grasp of IOT and logic as a whole. Python gets very complex though, there are ways of compiling your python code into Java. I personally have never attempted to use Jython to deploy an app but I am sure there is support out there somewhere. The technologies previously described though would be to build a responsive web application.

Thank you so much Mr Wells.

Not a problem, let me know if you need help in your development phase or you need some guidance. I am fairly competent in the technologies you are working with.
