I love the use of Flat colours in this UI. Really nice design.
If I have one thing to add. I would make the 'Sign Up' on the first design a little more obvious. It doesn't stand out enough for me.

42,016 PointsWow! looks great! one small detail I noticed is that you forgot to change the color of the battery percentage to white on 2 of the views, but other than that small detail everything else looks great. Very impressive
