Apple CarPlay Parallax

CarPlay Website Apple just announced CarPlay(pretty straight forward what it does) and the website for it has parallax on iPad and iPhone. I'm trying to investigate how they did this(js or css) but as I only have my ipad with me it very hard for me to see how they did. If anyone has any guesses or insight into their method I think it would be helpful.
