6,439 PointsArgument of type method is not iterable? Can you give me any hints on what I am missing here?
I feel like the code should work. What am I missing? self?
class Student:
name = "Your Name"
def praise(self):
return "You inspire me, {}".format(self.name)
def reassurance(self):
return "Chin up, {}. You'll get it next time!".format(self.name)
def feedback(self, grade):
if grade > 50:
return self.praise
if grade <= 50:
return self.reassurance

231,275 PointsBecause of the way challenges are evaluated, sometimes the relevance of the error message isn't obvious. But as Youssef pointed out, whenever you call a method you must put a pair of parentheses after the method name. Otherwise, you are returning a reference to the method itself but the challenge is expecting to see the results of the method.

6,439 Pointsomg thanks. I definitely forgot they are methods because I'm not used to returning methods within methods. More used to the way of instantiating new objects and calling it from there.
