So when I get an Error 502 message when clicking a link. Does that mean a routing table that is normally used has an issue? Or is it an issue with the end server?

231,236 PointsIt depends on how prevalent the error is.
If it happens for every site, your ISP may be having some problems and the condition will likely be very temporary. You'll need to contact them if it lasts.
If it only happens on one site, that site may be experiencing a problem, or you could be having some difficulty with you router or firewall. You might try a restart in that case. If that doesn't fix it, you may have a browser configuration issue. Try a different browser to see if it makes a difference.
