Best email marketing service/tool?

Hi everyone! I was reading an article and I just realize that with my knowledge in html and css I could do email marketing (I had never thought about it), I want to try a tool or a service to do that but I'm new in that field so I don't know what is the best tool/service out there; I only know Mailchimp but I don't know if it is good or bad (I see that it is a paid service but I just want to try it to do some layouts and now my limits with those tools). Any recommendation?

mailchimp is the best. I've been using it for over 4 years. They are constantly improving their interface, usability for customers, and advanced features for us developers.

aWeber and Constant Contact and Emma are a few others. Mailchimp is still the best.
