Best way to style websites?

The thing I find least fun about creating websites is designing them through code.

Is there any softwares you have found that you think are the most effeicent for generating html/css code?

I have availability currently to dreamweaver/adobe muse in adobe CC and am wondering if thatis where I should invest my time or if theres any better softwares out there
