Can I use jquery-UI and Bootstrap at the same time?

If yes, how I put the CDN of both inside the HTML file?

You can, but it might be tricky.

I'm not sure if the current versions still have this issue, but there have been some naming conflicts between them that you would need to overcome. I know there were a number of plug-ins around the internet created to address this problem.

If if you get them both loaded, you still have to be careful of when to do things the "Bootstrap way" or the "jQueryUI way" so the functionality doesn't get confused.

But are you sure you need them both? On the jQueryUI home page they offer a module to implement a "Bootstrap theme" if you just want the look of Bootstrap.
