Can I use the Stock Photograph Set and Backgrounds for future apps on the appstore?

Under the page that gives discounts/ additional stuff to the treehouse community at the bottom there are stock photograph sets and backgrounds. I was wondering what if this is something I can use for a future app I would want to publish on the appstore. Thanks!
