Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I thought I had it right.

David, when asking question here it is always best to provide as much context as possible - explaining what isn't working in a more specific way. It will help you tremendously as you move forward and your projects become more complex.

I don't know what the issue is, but reviewing your code I see this:

    <ul>
        <li><img src="img/numbers-01.jpeg" alt=""></li>
        <li><img src="img/numbers-02.jpeg" alt=""></li>
        <li><img src="img/numbers-06.jpeg" alt=""></li>
      </ul>

Your syntax looks correct, but if your images are not loading it may be because you used the file extensions .jpeg instead of .jpg, which is more common. I hope this helps. If not, please post again with more descriptive context.

Hi David,

Your code looks good! You're just off by one letter :).

The filenames of the imaginary images all end in .jpg, but you've used .jpeg. I've actually made this exact mistake on my own sites, so I feel your pain :).

Hi,

To avoid it in the future use a code Editor that makes it easier. Atom.io is my favorite. With Shift+[Control or Command]+o you will open the folder you are working on. Than you have paths and file names handy in a side bar, in the folder structure. [Control or Command]+\ to toggle the side bar.

Other popular choices include Sublime and Brackets.io.
