Your entities need to be followed by a semicolon. When you do this you will see them turn yellow with the syntax highlighting.

Where is has the: <h3>Design & Development</h3>
Change the Ampersand to: <h3>Design $amp; Development<h3>
For the copyright, is should be next to the 2017 in the <p> tags. So:
<p>$copy; 2017<p>
