Can we get some Phonegap tutorials and some Nginx tutorials such as cloud servers for mobile development? I ..

I would like some PHP and MySQL tutorials surrounding the use of Phonegap and AJAX - possibly including using NGINX cloud servers for mobile development?

I too would like to see PhoneGap (Build) tutorials. I need to build an app that connects to a database server where the server housing the database places a JSON push/pull with a 3rd party. Unable to find the resources to learn what I needed, I came here to start with Android developer track and hopefully will get enough knowledge to build a native app then transition either back to PhoneGap or start learning Apple development. I will point out, I am more interested in PhoneGap BUILD than the installed PhoneGap.
