Can you give more detail around billing for project management?

Can you give more detail around billing for project management services? What that entails exactly, how much that costs, is that added as a separate line item when discussing billing, etc? More details the better! Thanks :)

Project management fees can be charged hourly or as a percentage of the whole project but you need to agree on the scope and milestones as well as outputs. The fees differ from country to country, a repeat of a similar project can also be cheaper and the experience also plays a bigger role on the pricing.
