Cannot click anything inside "File/Settings/Appearance & Behavior/System Settings/Android SDK"

Hello everyone, i really don't understand why i cannot click nothing inside "File/Settings/Appearance & Behavior/System Settings/Android SDK" ... like SDK Platforms, SDK Tools and SDK Update Sites. Just click on them and nothing. Anybody with the same problem?
