Cannot run program "git.exe": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

This issue started when I changed to the version of android needed for the weather app. I have tried to uninstall Android Studio completely, including the settings, and installing a fresh install, but for some reason, the settings are still there on the fresh install. the gitignore plug in and the git VCS stuff will work either. the first thing that went wrong was android Studio lost track of the JDK 64 Bit Version
