can't change course after free trial

I just finished my 7 day free trial and I would like to continue on with the basic version as for the free trial I was doing the tech degree. However I can not change to the basic version as It says I have an overdue payment. How can this be so when I just finished the free trial and have not continued any further? Please I hope you can help me as I would hate to leave treehouse and go somewhere else to learn Developing. I hope you can resolve this issue.
