Can't Create Pull Request

I get this error when sending the pull request to github

Can't Create Pull Request Push failed: error: cannot spawn sh: No such file or directory error: cannot spawn sh: No such file or directory

The push was sucessful on my personal GitHub account but I cannot see it as a pull request on Ben's original repo.
