Can't create virtual device

Hi. I want to create new virtual device since in my machine didn't have one. After selecting device definition and select the system image, I'm unable to proceed because there is no emulator installed. After clicked Install Emulator nothings happen. Any know about this?

Click on the blue "Install emulator" at the bottom right and it should start the process of installing one.

I have clicked it but nothing happen. Any other solution?
