Can't download resources from school computer, Microsoft's antivirus (secure point?) finds it to be a threat.

I talked to one of our district IT guys who tells me that there's something about our antivirus software that is not allowing the zipped folder resources (Wordpress Theme Development - resources). What is in the file that is getting flagged as a potential computer threat?
