Cant quite get the code- Q.Create a function named max which accepts 2 arguments. The function returns the larger number

Here is the code ''' function max (firstNo, secondNo){ var larger = firstNo > secondNo; return larger } If larger (true){ alert('The + firstNo + is larger'); } else { alert('The + secondNo + is larger'); } '''

script.js
function max (firstNo, secondNo){
  var larger = firstNo > secondNo;
   return larger
  }
    If larger (true){
      alert('The + firstNo + is larger');
    } else {
      alert('The + secondNo + is larger');
  }

var max = function(firstNo, secondNo){
    if(firstNo > secondNo)
        return firstNo
    } else {
        return secondNo
  }

alert(max(12, 14));

Hope this helps :)

Yes it helped. I had to remove the variable and re-write ''' function max (firstNo, secondNo){ if (firstNo > secondNo){ return firstNo } else { return secondNo } }
'''

Glad I could help :)
