Cant see this widget in the list of widgets . Any clue ?

I am not able to see the widget in the list of widgets. I tried looking at the steps again, but apparently I have not missed anything.

How to go about debugging such situation ?

update the action correctly -> <action android:name="android.appwidget.action.APPWIDGE_UPDATE"/>
