Can't upload files to the workspace

Hi, I am doing the course "Building websites with PHP" with Hampton Paulk and for some reason when I click "Upload file" for uploading a file to the workspace nothing happens. This problem avoids me of installing the downloaded files Hampton uses in the video.

Would thank the staff for advice,

Hey Ben,

When you say "click Upload File," do you mean inside of Workspaces -> under File > Upload Files ? If so, this should open a window for you to navigate the file(s) on your computer to upload into Workspaces.

Another option is to minimize the Workspaces window a bit and click and drag the files from the folder on your computer to the lower left part of Workspaces onto the "Drop Files to Upload."

Whichever way you choose, the files must be unzipped. When you download project files, they are bundled in a zip file. The file must be unzipped before being uploaded to Workspaces.

Hope this helps. If you have followed these steps and are still unable to upload the files, you will need to send the Support Team a message for more technical help.

That's what I meant and sadly the window you mentioned doesn't open...

Anyway, dragging also does not work - The upload there is stuck: I kept the Workspace widow with the upload open for 1 hour and by the time went away from the pc but it stucked and after a refresh it still not appearing - In other words, thie method didn't work as well.
