Can't upload photos to workspace?

Hi - I can't upload any of the image files from the zip file to the sidebar of workspaces. When I drag the photos over to the sidebar and drop them in the box, nothing uploads. Not sure what the problem is?? Thanks.

You can use the other way, which is to right-click in the File Tree and click Upload.
