Career advice

I was primarily learning Front end development at Treehouse with also doing bits of Java and C#. I was hunting for a front end or web developer job. But now I got a job in a business solutions company as a junior developer for accounting ERP softwares like sage and intacct which are web (SaaS) based. They also have desktop based applications to work on. The job is not what I was actually looking for, but I still accepted the offer as I am a fresher and valued the opportunity after applying 100's of vacancies. Now I don't wanna say I am doubtful about this job, but it is not what I was planning and looking for but something that came on the way and I chose to go with the flow. Now I am having challenges of understanding the whole ERP systems, what does company do, what are mine and other's roles, what I have to begin learning and what things will be coming up. I have a awkward feeling for settling with something I didn't plan. Only one thing good about all this is, it falls in line with my education (Degree in computer science + PGD in Business) though I am not seeing how its helping in this early stage. I am presently dealing with confusion and awkwardness of not only new job, but also being in a place which was unplanned. Any review about how am I doing, how good or bad this job is for me in terms of future prospects, what I should do to catch up with this job (what should I learn and try to know) and what opportunities are opening or locking up for me in future because of taking up this job will be much appreciated.
