Can someone please explain me that in video we used the the float clearing techniques or property in our main secondary content why we not use the property overflow: hidden or clearex in our class that we specially made to flow either tips or resort. Please check the video and explain me clearly.

clear: both is the better solution as not only is it supported by a lot more browsers (including old versions of IE), its also a lot easier to use.
