Ctrl + / (for line-by-line) or Ctrl + Shift + / (for block) on Windows. On Mac you would just replace Cmd for Ctrl i believe. It's the same shortcut as Java or any other language. It will mark the selected section with the appropriate comment markers for the language of the file.
