Communication problem

I am getting an error message on one of my code challenges. Message says:

"Oh no!

There was a communication problem.

If you continue experiencing problems, please contact support at help@teamtreehouse.com. "

It times out right a the last step. Anyone know if there is a fix?

Thanks!

Thomas,

Are you using any ad/pop-up blockers? Try to disable any of those blockers for this domain. If that doesn't work, you'll definitely want to contact support.

Thanks for the reply! I did check to ensure that the site had all needed levels of access. I just put in an email to support but thought I would check on here first.

Hopefully they get you sorted out, man.

Hi Thomas,

I've had this happen many times but the easiest way to continue without starting over is to click just below the modal that appears, when you try to go to the next step it should work without any issues.

Thank you, Chris! I was able to move on to the next step and will come back to the challenge after the issue has been fixed.
