Compile Error on Teamtreehouse web compiler.

Not sure why I am receiving a compile error on my code, in Xcode it runs fine.

structs.swift
struct Tag {
    let name: String
}

struct Post {
let title: String
let author: String
let tag: Tag
}

let firstPost: Post

Hi Freddy,

Testing your code in Xcode only shows whether you've done something syntactically correct. Xcode doesn't know the answer to the challenges.

Here, you've created a new struct called Post and now you want to create an instance of that, stored in a constant called firstPost. To do this, you need to initialize each of the stored properties with an appropriate value. There are three in Post one of which is its own struct called Tag - you need to create a new one of those too, initializing its stored property, name.

So, your line would look like:

let firstPost = Post(title: "Treehouse blog", author: "S. Hunter", tag: Tag(name: "Swift, iOS"))

I hope that helps.

Steve.
