Concerning the PHP development track

Why isn't the PHP basics course introduced in the PHP develompent track?

PhP Basics is a relatively new course I think. I may be wrong but I believe there may be other courses to follow the Basics course that may then be added to the track. This is happening with JavaScript on the Front End Development track.
