Content management system(cms)

How to manage the content of my site withouusing wordpress?what are other options to manage the content of the site dynamically .

I'm not sure what other options are out there that you might mean. The only other option is to make one yourself using PHP or another language.

If you didn't want to use the GUI or a content manager for whatever reason you could go in and manually edit the database entries...

But other than that, as I say if you wanted to look into how CMS works so you can learn to make or edit your own dynamic content you can do that! :-)
