Create a basic MailChimp signup form using their API

I'm new to MailChimp and need some help.

I have some trouble when every person fills out the form the date does not go to MailChimp Subscribe list and also my browser keep on saying that "Method not allowed - please ensure JavaScript is enabled in this browser".

I'm also using the MailChimp Wrapper https://github.com/drewm/mailchimp-api
