Create a new rule that targets the span element inside .intro. Give the span element a bold font weight....

can someone please tell me what i am doing wrong?

I am not sure what i am doing wrong. I have asked other coders who have also taken this course and they are just as confused as i am. It is asking me to make the font-style italic and the weight bold. for the span element inside of the .intro element. once i have done what is shown above, it is telling me to make sure that i am selecting the into class and making sure that the em font size value is equal to 20px. please someone, any suggestions?

Tasks 2 and 3 should have one rule targeting class intro only. Then the rule for task 4 should be separate and targets the span inside .intro. So you'd have:

.intro {
  font-size: 1.25em;
  line-height: 1.6;
}

.intro span {
  font-style: italic;
  font-weight: bold; 
}

Thanks! that helped. I needed to add the font-size in the span element as well and thats where i was getting stuck. Thanks so much!
