Daily Business Processes to Make Money!

  1. In the morning what goals do you set for your day, and what software do you use to accomplish those goals?
  2. What software do you use to run your business (Accounting, etc..)? How do you make sure you are making your revenue each week?
  3. Did you create all of your own websites? Or did you Outsource a lot of your marketing?

1, Evernote as a todo app. With a goal in mind to have all small things done in the first hour at work (I arrive early). Tasks often comes to mind in the evening, when you start to relax. Then it's time to write down all the things that comes to mind. Very helpful.

2, Currently we use WorkEtc as a complete system. Works fine for our business. I'm open to other softwares that does great in running a small to medium agency. We have thought about OpenERP.

3, Yes. Everything is done in-house.
