I was told Team Treehouse had tracks for pretty much everything you want to learn but I didn't see want for Database Development and Administration. I understand there are videos on the topic but is there a track for it. If not, What videos, in what order should I watch for that?

7,577 PointsDo the PHP development track. The language uses databases fairly well, and the database courses are included in the track.

39,199 PointsThere's a course on SQL and there's a course on using Databases with PHP. Those are only courses on Treehouse currently about Databases.
if you want to develop PHP applications using Databases follow the PHP track as Mark Connelly previously suggested.
