For the first challenge in this stage:
I have tried both
SELECT COUNT (*) AS user_count FROM users;
and
SELECT COUNT (user) AS user_count FROM users;
I believe either should work, but it is returning an error that says I have not incorporated the COUNT function.
I feel like this is obvious. What am I missing?

11,679 PointsLooks like you have a space between COUNT
and the parenthesis. Try this:
SELECT COUNT(*) AS user_count FROM users;

I didn't think there were any space sensitive commands in MySql.
