Design Critique

Hi i'm really trying to improve on my design skills and i have posted some other designs on here previously and i am starting to see a difference in my progress i just wanted to get some feedback on this new design as it has been really helpful to me

I think it's a great start, but the colors look flat to me, and I think other colors would give the diamond more dimension and the appearance of reflection and sheen/sparkle. Once you achieve that, I think you can remove the grey lines above the diamond, as it takes away from the design.
