I really like the design. Nice logo at the top and it feels very modern. I would suggest rearranging the bottom section where you have the Twitter, Facebook, and picture feeds all combined into the rectangle. It appears a bit random and unorganized. Also, a suggestion, you may want to consider moving the sign up newsletter to a different location not at the bottom. I feel like people may not often scroll to the bottom, which wouldn't allow them to sign up. Perhaps floating it to the side or finding some other clever place to put it.
